You can book a vehicle through our website by clicking “Book Now”, selecting your preferred service type (hourly, daily, airport transit), choosing a vehicle class, customizing your options, and completing payment via Paystack. You can also contact our team directly for assistance.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), and cash payments at our office. All online payments are securely processed through Paystack.
No. Our pricing is fully transparent. All applicable taxes (VAT 15%, Tourism Levy 1%, NHIL 2.5%) and fees are clearly shown in the price breakdown before you confirm your booking.
Yes, a security deposit of $25/day is required for potential extra mileage. The deposit is refunded if no additional charges are incurred. For prepaid bookings, only the additional security deposit is collected at pickup.
Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. 24-48 hours: 75% refund. 12-24 hours: 50% refund. Less than 12 hours: no refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
