THE ROAD WEST

Travel towards the Central Region.

Visit Assin Manso, an important site connected to the history of the trans-Atlantic slave trade, before continuing to Cape Coast.

DAY 4

THE CASTLE & THE SEA

Spend the day exploring Cape Coast Castle and Elmina Castle, the historic fishing town and surrounding heritage landscape.
